use bounding box / click and drag to remove unwanted points - Workflow -

Left Panel - open up chunk - click dense cloud - display dense cloud

Create Mesh

Workflow - Build Mesh - custom - set mesh count - display solid - click shaded to preview color

Build Texture

Workflow - Build Texture - Mapping Mode: Generic - Click textured to view texture -
