FREE DINNER + Make a AR/VR theme park ride /// Tomorrow!!!!

Hi AR Alumni
*****[If you want to participate read this very carefully-
Please Do NOT come to dinner unless you are 100% prepared to make a project pitch-
email me w any questions
This is optional and has no effect on ur grade]

The AR Grad Class has a major opportunity and I though I could throw it out to the AR alumni.
You might have seen the AR VR theme park thats coming out called the VOID.
Pretty cool? They recently raised $100 million for this project.

I am working with their competitor call Smash out of India [who is already open]. They are making an AR VR theme parks across the world. I suggested that the AR grad class come up w some ideas for the theme park and the owner got really excited.

The owner of the company has invited the AR Grad class out to dinner [someplace nice- like the W hotel 42st] tomorrow night!!!!!
He would like to pitch the theme park idea to you and get you excited about trying to create an experience for Smash. If they liked your idea it could become part of the park! They could pay you, credit you or some other deal depending on your contribution.

Vote if you want to come- tomorrow night -
4:30  or 7:30???
plz email me back w a time you want-
I prefer 7:30
Majority vote wins

1.
The main focus of their work with us would be sports- That's where the big money is- Football [usa- not soccer], Basketball, and Baseball. They are in direct communication w the owners/ commissioners of the leagues. They can make major deals w top players.
They are already working with Ronaldo [considered to be the best soccer player in the world] and are also working w the top cricket player in India.

2.
Highly immersive experiences. Like the show Fear Factor-
They have Oculus Rift rides where you walk across the top of a real mountain and if u fall - you fall off a balance beam. Another ride- you get on a real bike and try to peddle across train track b4 the train gets there- if the train hits you bunggie cords rip u across the room as though you were hit by a real train. So this can be mixed reality or VR / AR. He is very open to all types of cool ideas.

You are not required to come tomorrow- just if you are interested in making an AR VR ride!
C u Wed-

Mark
