Final Project Proposal

My final project is going to be an interactive movie on the notebook below.
It could be considered as an intervention of the movie pan's labyrinth.

You could check the slides to see more details (It is really huge! 100M!)

Assignment 4- Vuforia

I continued what I did in assignment 2, trying to explore every function of Vuforia in Unity except the object recognition (no Android device... so sad...)

Also, I have two questions about Vuforia in Unity:

1. In Vuforia, how do I tell the movement between the camera and image target in the real world? I have tried using the gyro and accelerator of my phone calculate my phone's orientation to offset the camera movement. But it is really inaccurate.

2. I found a bunch of documents about Vuforia Native API in Vuforia's developer library. But I do not know how to access them in Unity.

Assignment 3- Geo AR

I put the Statue of Liberty on the T**** Square (Shhhhh..  plz don't tell the government).

And I also put the Statue of Liberty in London with the London Eye beyond.
Actually, I first put it in London because I thought it would be fun to switch the Statue of Liberty and London Eye in geo AR. But then I got the notice that we had to put the model as far as possible. So I chose T**** Square then.

Assignment 2- AR Magazine

I did some AR on a Pokemon Go Introduction article in a game magazine. If the readers are completely new to Pokemon Go, they could experience how it feels to catch a pokemon in AR while reading the article in advance of downloading the actual game.

And I think it will also give a lot of fun to those Pokemon Go's fan since the AR in magazine gives people some extremely rare pokemons that are hard to find in the game. I know they are dying to find them ~

Assignment 1- A Childhood Memory Scene

The neighborhood that I lived in when I was a child (actually I still live in there now... and the layout of the buildings in my scene are strictly according to the real) had many stray cats staying around the trash bin, searching for people's wasted food for living. I really loved cats but mom didn't allow me to have one at home. So I only had to feed them with the cat food after school to play with them.

Btw, most of stray cats could not live more than 1 year because of the terrible living condition, adopting them is the best way to save their lives.

Also I imported my scene into the unity and added some interaction to it.  Please check the video if you are interested in~ (https://youtu.be/r7VpvDyMBsQ)
