tonight ---- VR/AR/360 video meetup with MLB Advanced Media.

Hi everyone,

I thought you might be interested- I have a few extra tickets for tonight's VR/AR/360 video meetup with MLB Advanced Media. The speaker tonight is Alexander Reyna who is the Creative Director of Games at MLBAM. If you would like to attend, you are welcome to sign up for a free ticket before 4pm today!

137 Varick Street (near Spring Street), 2nd floor

Schedule:

6pm - arrival, and attendees will mingle over pizza and drinks

6:10pm - NYU Data Future Lab introduction and NYC Media Lab introduction

6:15pm - 6:15pm - VR/AR/360 video presentation from Alexander Reyna, Creative Director of Games at MLB Advanced Media. Topics will cover current experiments and lessons learned, and how MLBAM is developing for the VR/AR/360 video ecosystem

6:50pm - Q&A with audience, Gear VR demos, then networking

The event will end by 8:00pm

This meetup is an opportunity to learn about MLB Advanced Media, in the lead up to our upcoming VR/AR/multimedia hackathon with them in February 2017!
